  • Setup risk management tactics prior to the start of event
  • Ensure risk management tactics are followed over the course of an event
House Manager
  • Fill our room openings/closing forms (August & April)
  • Report work orders
  • Oversee life safety inspections
Secretary

  • Run Parents Weekend in Fall & Spring
  • Report minutes on chapter minutes
Philanthropy Chair
  • Schedule/run chapter philanthropy events
  • Work with Public Relations chair to ensure event press
Judicial Chair

  • Head judicial meetings (scheduled by Vice President or House Manager)
  • Report results of judicial meetings to house/appropriate group
Historian
(Worthy Keeper of the Annals)
  • Maintain chapter history documents in library
  • Update graduating alumni information at the closing of every academic year
  • Maintain library materials (awards, study materials, etc.)
Public Relations Officer
  • Notifies local press/campus officials of house accomplishments
  • Work closely with Philanthropy chair
Alumni Relations Officer
  • Work with the already developed alumni database to open up new relations with
  • works with the alumni board of trustees to establish and work our alumni events
Scholarship Chairman
  • Establishes academic teams to keep scholarship ideas in place for chapter
  • Monitors academic performance of the chapter to ensure scholarship success
